  • Boki’s Kitchen can only save a date when an agreement has been made between Boki’s Kitchen and the client. To secure the date, a non-refundable deposit is required. The amount will be decided at booking.

  • Boki’s Kitchen is not a certified “Gluten Free” kitchen.

    Niki has her allergen certificate and is knowledgeable about all ingredients used.

    Anyone allergic or sensitive to certain foods or ingredients should be sure to advocate for themselves at the event. Please ask us if you have specific concerns or questions about specific foods. We are always happy to answer these questions at the event. 

    **Tree nuts, milk, eggs, and gluten are used in food production at our kitchen facility.

  • Boki’s Kitchen trusts our clients in providing an accurate guest count at least 7 days prior to the event.

  • Boki’s Kitchen requires payment in full at time of service (or before). We accept cash, checks, and in certain cases, credit cards.

  • If the client is wishing to cancel after a deposit has been paid and date has been booked, the client is expected to notify Boki’s Kitchen as soon as possible.

    Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full. Boki’s Kitchen reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for orders cancelled with more notice than 48 hours.

    As a reminder, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Clients agree to unconditionally and irrevocably release Boki’s Kitchen from liability, claims, causes, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, death, or injury sustained by any participant in connection with any food, services, personnel, staff, beverages, rental items or equipment, props, entertainment, decorations, or other items not directly provided by Boki’s Kitchen.

  • Illinois sales tax of 6.5% will be added to all catering services. If your company or organization is Tax-Exempt through the State of Illinois, a tax-exempt certificate from the state will need to be provided for Boki’s Kitchen’s records. We cannot honor tax-exempt status for payments made by personal check or cash. We can accept a check for payment from the organization that is considered tax-exempt.

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you received from Boki’s Kitchen, please contact us, so we can make it right. We strive to keep our clients happy with our services, so they return for years to come!
