How long do meals last in the freezer?

Our meals rotate out of our freezer rather quickly, and they will last in your freezer after purchase for over 6 months. We recommend using within this time frame, but there has been a long lost pan of lasagna that we ate once after it had been in the freezer for a year, and it was still as excellent as the day we prepared it!

How should I cook them?

Most cooking and baking instructions will be on the label of the food you purchased.

Most of our frozen meals can be baked in a 375 degree F oven for approximately 90 minutes or until food reaches 165 degrees F. Oven temperatures vary, so time may need adjusted.. You may thaw in fridge the night before to cut cooking time. Most of our bagged menu items can be prepared in the Crock Pot, Instant Pot, or on the stove top in a pan.

Many of our desserts bought from Boki’s Digital Store are Thaw and Enjoy! Pop the dessert out of the freezer, patiently wait, and enjoy!

Can I pick up my order? Do you deliver? How’s it all work?

After placing your order from our Digital Store, we reach out to you via text message to set up a delivery time and date. Since some items are delivered frozen, we ensure delivery when someone is home and can put the food into the freezer!
